Ingredients
500gLamb mince
2tbspsalt & freshly ground black pepper
1/2tspsmoked paprika
1/2tspcumin
1/2tspground coriander
For the yoghurt dip:
250mldouble-cream fresh yoghurt
1tspchopped fresh dill
1/2tspsmoked paprika
2tspred chilli sauce
salt and pepper to taste
flatbread to serve
sale & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the mince, chopped dill, salt and pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, and coriander. Mix well and shape into koftas. Add wooden skewers and set aside.
Heat a large griddle pan over high heat. Brush the koftas with olive oil and place in the griddle pan, cooking each side for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
For the spiced yoghurt, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Serve the lamb koftas with flatbread, chopped salad and spiced yoghurt.
