Ingredients

cucumber
300
ml
full cream plain yoghurt

garlic cloce
crushed
1
tbsp
freshly squeezed lime juice
1
tbsp
olive oil
1
tbsp
finely chopped dill
fine salt to season
Instructions
Cut the cucumber in half lengthways and scoop out the seeds. grate the cucumber coarsely and squeeze out the excess liquid
Placethe yoghurt in a bowl. Add the garlic, lime juice, olive oil and dill. Mix well, then stir in the cucumber. Season to taste with salt.
Transfer to the fridge until ready to serve.
