2Kiwis cut into thin slices or you can use a small cookie cutter like we did to create shapes for fun :)
Nuts of your choice - roughly chopped
A squeeze of honey - optional
Instructions
Cover a baking tray with non-stickbaking paper and then dollop the yoghurt onto it. Using a spatula or woodenspoon spread it out to form a medium to thin layer.
Add whatever toppings tickles your fancy. Just sprinkle them all overthe yoghurt surface. Squeeze a little honey over everything.
Pop it into the freezer for at least 3 hours. Or overnight.
Once the yoghurt is frozen solid, take it out of the freezer and breakit into pieces before placing it onto a dish. Serve immediately
