Frozen Grape, Kiwi, Walnut and Honey Yoghurt Bark
Ingredients
- A medium size tub of double cream plain yoghurtÂ
- A handful of grapes - thinly sliced
- 2 Kiwis cut into thin slices or you can use a small cookie cutter like we did to create shapes for fun 🙂Â
- Nuts of your choice - roughly chopped
- A squeeze of honey - optionalÂ
Instructions
- Cover a baking tray with non-stickbaking paper and then dollop the yoghurt onto it. Using a spatula or woodenspoon spread it out to form a medium to thin layer.
- Add whatever toppings tickles your fancy. Just sprinkle them all overthe yoghurt surface. Squeeze a little honey over everything.Â
- Pop it into the freezer for at least 3 hours. Or overnight.Â
- Once the yoghurt is frozen solid, take it out of the freezer and breakit into pieces before placing it onto a dish. Serve immediately
